No insurance coverage is bound through this website

The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only.

Coverage cannot be bound, altered, modified, or canceled through this Site, via email, voicemail, text message, online form submission, or any other electronic means. Coverage is not in effect unless and until:

You receive written confirmation from a licensed representative of the Agency; and

The insurance carrier has issued a binder, endorsement, or policy, where applicable.

It is your responsibility to confirm that coverage has been properly bound. Any request to purchase, modify, or cancel insurance must be confirmed directly with a licensed representative of the Agency.

Not professional, legal, or tax advice

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or insurance advice.

Insurance policies vary in terms, conditions, exclusions, and endorsements. Coverage determinations depend solely on the specific policy issued by the insurance carrier. Claims reporting

The Agency does not alter, amend, or expand coverage through the issuance of a certificate of insurance. Certificates are issued for informational purposes only and do not confer rights beyond those provided in the actual policy.

The content or accuracy of third-party websites;

The privacy practices of third parties;

By submitting information through this Site or otherwise communicating with the Agency electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via email or text message, where permitted by law.

Do not submit sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account information, or protected health information) through unsecured forms unless specifically directed to do so via a secure system.

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) & SMS communications compliance

By providing your telephone number to the Agency through this Site, through an application, quote request, service form, or by any other means, you expressly consent to receive communications from us, including:

Calls;

Text messages (SMS/MMS);

Automated or prerecorded messages;

for purposes including but not limited to:

Insurance quotes and applications;

Policy servicing and renewal reminders;

Billing and payment notifications;

Claims assistance;

Appointment scheduling;

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving services from the Agency.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message or by contacting our office directly at . After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

You represent that the telephone number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it. You agree to notify us promptly if your number changes. The Agency is not responsible for communications sent to reassigned or incorrect numbers provided by you.

Employee benefits & ERISA compliance disclaimer

If the Agency provides employee benefits consulting, brokerage, or administrative services, the following terms apply:

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, the Agency does not serve as an ERISA fiduciary and does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. The Agency acts as an insurance broker or consultant in connection with the placement and servicing of employee benefit plans.

The employer or plan sponsor remains solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA);

The Affordable Care Act (ACA);

COBRA;

HIPAA;

Federal and state nondiscrimination requirements;

Required employee notices;

Plan document preparation and maintenance;

Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs);

Eligibility tracking;

Government filings, including Form 5500 where applicable.

Information provided by the Agency regarding regulatory requirements, compliance deadlines, or plan design is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal or tax advice. Employers should consult qualified legal or tax advisors regarding specific compliance matters.

Insurance carriers and third-party administrators are responsible for administration of policies and benefit plans according to the terms of the applicable contract. The Agency is not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, or compliance failures of carriers or third-party vendors.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and design, is the property of the Agency or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent from the Agency.
